In a universe where Peter Parker never had the cover story of being an intern, he is picked up by Bruce Banner to intern at Stark Industries. Still Spider-Man and still known by Tony Stark from those Homecoming scenes, Peter takes a different path when he feels that Tony only likes him for his powers. While growing closer with Bruce Banner, Peter investigates his past and builds a name for himself in the scientific community. After a few misunderstandings and a bit of teenage angst, Tony finally recognizes Peter for his intelligence rather than just his secret identity.

Summary
Written for a prompt on tumblr asking for a bullied Peter with Tony comforting him. I spun that a little and wrote it from Mr. Harrington's perspective.

Roger Harrington cared about all his students, he’d had many who stood out over the years, but none ever burned as bright as Peter Parker. The boy was a genius, and Roger had to continually change things up just to challenge him. When half the world vanished, and Peter went with it, the world was a little darker for his loss. Thankfully, the heroes saved the day, Iron Man nearly dying to stop Thanos, and slowly, the world rebuilt.

So, I basically can't find any fics where Peter is the CEO/owns/ is in charge of SI and everyone calls him Boss or Mr Stark, but his class and teachers don't believe him so he is not allowed to go on the field trip to SI. They see him at work. (or he is allowed to go but no one believes him and the interns and staff are like "Sir, can you please look over that?" Please recommend some stories like that!
