Summary
Something I haven't written yet, but am planning out. I'll try not to spoil much, and I'll try my best to balance out the characters. If there are things that are innacurate (don't count the medical stuff, I'm not an expert in that field) I would extremely and sincerely glad to find out (...well, I don't want it to be bad, do I?).
Oh, and about the content - It'll mostly be centered about the LOV for now, since this is before-canon. See more in the notes. Oh, and - I have no idea how to write romance, and I fail horribly to write it when I try, so don't expect it.
Oh, and also - swearing. Not at Bakugou's level (fuck is in every damn sentence), but swearing still exists. -

Summary
In another universe, Inko and her family moves to Musutafu where the story takes place. In this universe, Inko stayed in her hometown of Hirosaki, Aomori where she lived happily with Hisashi and her 3 year old, Izuku.
Until one day when The Great Earthquake of Hirosaki destroyed the entire city leaving only a sole survivor, a toddler who manisfested an extremely powerful telekinesis quirk while both of his parents died protecting him.
Midoriya Izuku is left alone in this world until No. 2 Hero, Endeavor decided to adopt him as a potential prodigy.
Izuku quickly settled in the new house and he brigthens up the commonly gloomy household.
Izuku even changed Enji's outlook and he began to love his adopted son.
Sadly the happiness didn't last long as during one villain attack when they were 12, Izuku sacrificed his life in order to protect his family.
The tragedy hit Todoroki household hard as nobody able to smile widely after that.
However one day, the supposedly dead Izuku shows up at the fateful USJ attack as one of the villain and has no problem attacking Shouto. -

Though with lack of sleep comes headaches, migraines. Flashing lights in his vision and sickness pooling in his stomach. Until it became something more. Until the lights in his eyes sparked lost memories, and he lost control of his hands.

Summary
Everything was supposed to be fine during that final battle with the League of Villains. They were finally going to put an end to their schemes and continue their school lives and graduate and become pro heroes. That was the way it was supposed to be. Life doesn't always work out how you expect. But the world ending in a sea of Noumu was definitely not the outcome anyone foresaw.
Class A went their separate ways afterward but Shouji and Tokoyami stuck together by coincidence. They found themselves as the protectors of a hospital in Fukuoka. Together, they're trying their best to survive. But it certainly isn't easy.

The sloshing noises alone were enough to make Rei sick.
